Mr. Taylor has more than 32 years of technical lead and program management experience in prototype aircraft, spacecraft, launch vehicles, missiles, system integration, UAV, composite structures, Thermo Protection System (TPS) and biprop/hybrid propulsion systems. His work includes being the original PM on the Sierra Nevada Dream Chaser Program that stared with an $110K study that evolved the NASA HL-20 lifting body into the NASA Commercial Resupply (CRS-2) vehicle for the International Space Station (ISS) that was awarded in Jan 2016 (worth > $2B) where he is the Director of Technology. He held numerous PM and lead design roles for ATK Composite Optics (ceramic, aircraft radomes and airborne cellular system), Lockheed Martin (YF-22, JSF and X-33), Martin Marietta (missile and proprietary aircraft) and Scaled Composites (Quiver UAV and proprietary rotorcraft program). He is a Private Pilot ever since his 17th Birthday. Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis in Analysis of Composites, and Design Technique.
